5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at our sole discretion without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent or unethical marketing practices
• Violating any terms of this agreement

6. Commission Structure

• Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on the net revenue of actual sales only. Net revenue is defined as the sale price minus any costs or expenses associated with the product. For example, if a product sells for $5 and the associated costs are $2, the affiliate earns 5% of the remaining $3.
• Rate Adjustments: We reserve the right to increase or decrease the commission rate at our sole discretion with prior notice.

7. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Misleading advertisements, false claims, or any actions that damage our brand’s reputation are strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
